IMPORTANT.
ERDPlus software is licensed per concurent Connection - sessions connected to the server from the same workstation are treated as one user and take one license only. The license is perpetual. The version upgrade is free during the first year after the initial purchase. After this period, it is paid the 19% per each year used it or not .
All the prices shown below are in US dollars. Destination country VAT and custom taxes are not included. VAT will be charged only for individuals from Mexico territory.
RDPLUS - base price for one concurrent license: 96.00 USD
To calculate the final price you should:
• choose the appropriate base license price
• apply the discount from „Discount table” to calculate the single license price,
• multiply the single license price by the number of licenses you need.
When calculating the final price please apply the following discount table.
Upgrade subscription
When buying a new licence the customer has annual upgrade subscription for the bought product. The expiry date of this upgrade subscriptions is not extended when new users are added.
The upgrade subscription price for one year is 19% of the total server price.
The server version change is free until valid upgrade subscription.

IMPORTANT:
RDPlus licenses are tied to the server computer they are originally licensed on, serial numbers are hardware sensitive and therefore cannot be easily transferred to another computer.
To reactivate your license to another equipment, you must have your current update and support policy to receive this service free of charge up to 1 time per year and event.
A second request for reactivation during the service policy year will cost USD $109.00
If you do not have an active RDPlus subscription after the first year, you are not entitled to receive policy services and may experience a downtime. inactivity in a real environment.
Please consider the following: If you need one of our technicians to reconfigure RDPlus or make configuration changes, we charge a flat fee of USD $109.00
